Transit of Venus

I'm watching the countdown on the CSIRO website...

Ok this may seem boring to most... maybe it's just me...

I'm quite interested in watching the transit of Venus. Apparently the last one was in 1882. A transit is like a lunar eclipse except that it will be Venus passing between the earth and the sun!!



And cos u cant stare at the sun, the CSIRO are doing a webcast so everybody can see it... how exciting!!
